A succulent U.S. pale ale brewed in collaboration With Lakes Brew Co., using a blend of Vista and HBC 630 hops and fermented with Rooster’s house yeast at a higher than usual temperature. Berry, tropical and stone fruit flavours are boosted by citrus notes from a dry hop addition of Phantasm® for good measure
